CANCELLATION FEE

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $20.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 1 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee per person.

RESERVATIONS OF GROUPS OF 4 OR MORE

We require a deposit of 50% of the Total Service Time being requested as we need to schedule and confirm with all the Massage Therapists that will be servicing your group.

Any deposits made can receive a 100% refund if the request to reschedule/cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the date and time of the reservation.

GIFT CARDS/MEMBERSHIPS REFUND POLICY

If service has not been rendered, Gift Certificates and Memberships can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
